The half ham will weigh approximately 8 to 9 lbs. Like the whole ham, It will be shipped in a protective box with freezer packs to assure it arrives fresh and undamaged. The ham and its shipping carton costs $107.95.
WHOLE SMOKED TURKEY
The gourmet smoked whole turkey weighs approximately 10 to 11 lbs. Like our hams, It will be shipped in a protective box with freezer packs to assure it arrives fresh and undamaged. While fully cooked, the turkey is flash frozen and shipped frozen. The smoked turkey and its shipping carton costs $102.95.
